There's a place northwest of Manhattan a little ways that sells that kind of stuff called Outpost Western Store. Website is https://outpostboots.com/ . I've never shopped there, but went by it when I was in college. There's also a Vanderbilts in Salina that sells boots and hats, not sure of the selection and quality that you're looking for though.
