Exactly- and the fed chair has hinted at this before. Lately they (fed) are pulling money off the table, only to have Uncle Sam run deficits which are being bought by the fed (via money printing). What the fed needs to do is exit the bond market all together and if the government runs a deficit they have to fund it with actual money already in the economy.
