Check out the link above for good pictures.
My guess is tan spot or bacterial leaf streak. 
Tan spot spray a triazole like propiconazole, tebuconazole, propiconazole etc.
If it is bacterial leaf streak then oxidate or tank mix them to leave no doubt.
