I'm not entirely sure about that.      Looking back at Rock Valley hay auction results, all classed of hay were higher priced last June than it is now.    Of course corn was a lot higher priced then also.

That's kind of the way it works though, corn is what most other feed ingredients get priced against.    If corn is cheap in the fall and hay is too high priced, cows can eat more silage and less hay.
