Pre emergent herbicides tend to be hard on emerging soybeans, especially in cool wet conditions. Personally I would not use anything except roundup. When and if they come up I would use liberty and a residual followed by liberty and another residual later in season. (Edit)My plan on ours is to use outlook with the liberty.
