Had this leftover for lunch today - one of our preferred inexpensive beef recipes. Tasty hot, tasty cold leftover out of a chilled lunchbox, tasty reheated in a microwave, I think it would be good for breakfast too.
We grill it usually unless its bitterly cold outisde, recipe calls for cooking on a cast skillet. Takes way longer than the 8-12 minutes the recipe says. Definately dont cut before cooking, could cook and slice in the evening then eat throughout the week if desired.
