Not sure what you are trying to do on that page. On the Illinois tollway home page you go to pay unpaid tolls and have to set up a pay by plate account with your credit card. It may take a couple days after driving for the tolls to show up. Also pretty sure 39 is not toll until you get to rockford and merge with 90.
