I've applied P&K ahead of beans for a very long time, but I keep reading more and more that I should be doing this in the fall. I do the same ahead of corn, the reason now is I apply my AMS at the same time. One trip instead of two. I could have the P&K custom applied in the fall and do the AMS in the spring myself. Normally try and get this on in March or April depending on soil conditions. Been seeding cereal rye ahead of both corn and beans for a number of years now, Plant green a lot of the time. Would this do anything to P&K applied in the fall or even in the spring? Any thoughts on this, thanks.
