NVDA has a product cycle of a few years max, so by the time everyone buys their new shiny chips this time around, they will be lining up again to buy the next new shiny chips.... It is a forever cycle of more performance in a smaller footprint with less energy required. This drives the upgrade process just as fervently as the last go around...
