1,000,000 will buy about 60 acres right now. So 124,000 -89900 = 34100. That’s only an additional $568 an acre. Hopefully, if it was bought on a five year arm, then you bought at least 100 acres with that million, five years ago, and that’s only an extra $341 an acre to service the payment.
Doesn't sound good if this is true.
