I have both. For short term security I would rather have equipment debt. If something happened to me they surely could show up and take my equipment without a fight and my family will move on without missing a beat. Vs the land we would struggle to navigate that one… I have life insurance but it’s the disability that would really hammer a guy… long term security land all day long.
