Just curious... what do you hope to gain with a paid service over free weather forecasts?

I use the National Weather Service for weather forecasts.   Can't think of any reason to offer dissatisfaction with the NWS.   

I do use https://www.wbay.com/weather/radar/ for active radar maps.   Otherwise, all my forecast needs come from the NWS.
