Central Iowa | I am type 2 diabetic and had neuropathy in both feet. I Made a concerted effort to resolve this. I began intermittent fasting and a lower carb diet. I lost 40# in 5 months and the neuropathy has totally gone away. That has worked for me. I have also watched a lot of videos, mostly the ones that John has recommended. Not sure if you are diabetic or not but I got the most information from Dr. Jason Fung. Watch as many videos as you can and tailor the information in them that works for you. Good luck. | |
