I despise tik-tok, with that being said, my wife follows this guy on tik-tok that specializes in Keto recipes. We have tried several of his recipes with mixed results so I had my doubts when my wife showed me this recipe, but was pleasantly surprised with the results.
It's hard to described but the "bread" gives the tactile feel of eating sliced bread with no meat...but tastes like chicken and is actually pretty satiating . Rather than jam or jelly, I'll spread a little no sugar added ketchup, or garlic parmesan on a slice...a slice or two bacon and a slice of cheese between a couple slices is pretty darn good too.
If a person doesn't like chicken, this is not a "bread" to try. |
