Northwest Iowa | Replying to Luckyman- at one time our son was terribly allergic to dairy. Caused his lungs to be attacked and bleed. He could have "Wonderbread" as that didn't have any dairy, even whey. Daughter called it "Dot bread" from the package. That bread would not mold, no matter how long you had it around!
There is some truth about not actually enjoying eating as much as I once did since I am mostly carnivore at this time. Eating out can be challenging. Wife and kids aren't following my regimen so I scrounge for myself. The good news is that after my initial weight loss, my sleep is better and my blood pressure is better. My moles and skin tags are decreased. My "potty times" are better. Joint pain is pretty much gone unless I climb a lot of stairs. Overall, it's just plain worth it. | |
