Sometimes a black lamb nipple with a hole big enough to run a little milk will help teach him to swallow. A plastic pop bottle will let you squeeze the bottle a little also. If something going on inside him, a few ml of Nuflor (Florfenicol) will help a lot. I think Nuflor is correct. Those calves are maddening! Good luck.
