SC Iowa | There are a variety of subsets in the grain biz
They range from those who own 100% of their land and have near zero debt to those who cash rent 90-100% of their land and have significant expenses in the form of operating loans to finance inputs and rent.....Those at the far end of the spectrum are also likely paying higher interest on their loans
So, everyone has a different spot and level of risk
That is why it is challenging to make blanket statements about ag businesses
