The argument is ongoing as to the harm or lack of caused by CO2 emissions. For the sake of discussion if we agree that it is causing great harm and something needs to be done why are other remedies beside a pipeline not given more consideration? Nobody except the few getting their pockets lined with cash seems to like the idea of pumping CO2 hundreds of miles for multiple reasons. In my opinion, the reason that pipelines seem to be pushed the hardest is because after countless hours of research and number crunching, it is the most efficient way to enrich the ruling class while still garnering reasonable support from the general public.
