A few hours south of there makes all the difference in the world. I am an hour southeast of there.
Hillsdale County is rolly rock country for the most part. Probably all it was worth.
There is a very sad story behind that auction also. A nice young man who delivered seed here a few times passed before he got his first crop harvested.
