| For some areas it is already set at $4.84, other areas halfway through discovery have $4.78. For most of the US the start will be ~$4.80. Currently with no strong direction, I'll go with $4.70-$4.90. I may eat my words, but I doubt it will move very far from where it starts tomorrow. I'm pretty sure someone posted a chart similar to the one that is supposed to be attached a few days ago. I'm attaching the chart to visualize where base price could be historically.
The 2024 base price is there to put a dot on the chart and you are more than welcome to place your own dot.
