If a farm tractor is being used like a semi tractor, and spends more time on the road transporting raised farm products and or farm waste going up and down down the road than it does going back and forth in field, why shouldn't that farm tractor pay road tax just like a semi tractor that's doing the same jobs?
Whats going on in Europe??
