Subject: Tariffs can mean something else when it comes to freight movement.

Tariff and freight cost are sort of interchangeable when it comes barges/rail. I believe “tariff” in this case means going rate for rail cars and or barges. There would be no import tariff on US beans coming into the SE by boat from NOLA.
