Ending stocks to use is at about 35% so we are carrying a third of last year's crop into this year so we don't need a big crop. Russian wheat is selling at $220/metric ton FOB which equates to 5.80 US KC wheat. Spring wheat is at a premium to that but the russian wheat problem doesn't help. I'd sure like to see some price improvement and the wheat market seems like the liveliest of the 3 this week but outside of some sort of geopolitical event it's going to be hard to get a lot of appreciation in price.
Ending stocks to use for KC wheat is approximately 48%.
