Oh I agree its a safer and cheaper route, but not that it will result in the highest price available. High risk, higher reward. Its important to understand our own appetite for risk. I'm interested in learning about methods to achieve a higher price. Much the way grain guys use the carry, buying/ selling call options, ect...
