| If you have the staying power with the debt you have then the debt is going to make you money over the long term (if invested properly). If things head south and you don’t have the staying power and you are forced to sell, then you have a problem plain and simple.
We borrow money all the time for all kinds of things including stocks somtines, but I would consider our financial picture to have very little to no risk at all. To reach their own.
I’d be more worried in this atmosphere if I was a tenant with a low income job.
