Why would anyone buy ford stock? It’s junk imo
In fact most stocks are a joke, after owning a grocery store for a year and a half I can’t believe that there is publicly traded company that has any idea of what’s going on. Layers of bureaucracy collecting big fat checks and they have no idea of what their product is or should be.
7 years and I can pull my money out without penalty
Paying to much for land with cash makes more sense to me than supporting a bunch of hopeless people make big money doing nothing.
I guess I am to small to understand…
