I own / Ride an Air Exercise Bike and have a recumbent .Like to get into a Gym, for cardio fitness. Now can get Medicare to pay for my Membership to the Gym. Local guy is small and full . I Have New York Fitness and Planet Fitness within 3 miles . Are the National Franchises like that a good deal ? What would you look for when picking a Gym.
