As another poster mentioned, if you are suffering from sinus pressure it can manifest as a tooth ache. Has for me anyway, usually upper molar pain.
If it is related to sinus pressure, head to the drugstore (with your ID) and buy a decongestant with pseudoephedrine - Claratin D is my preference. Has to have the 'D' or it doesnt work.
Toothache relief?
