Breast them out. Cut them into strips. Soak in Coca Cola overnight. Pull them out, season them with something (Creole, Cajun 2 Step, Meat Church, etc.) wrap them in bacon and grill on high until the bacon is done. Some people will add cream cheese or jalapenos in between the bacon.
