Went hog hunting in Texas 10 years ago. Hunting buddy shot a big boar. Everyone told him to leave it where it fell but he was bound and determined to butcher it and bring it home. Big Mistake!!!
What he brought home tasted horribly and was tougher than cow hide. And these were the prime cuts. Smelled awful too.
