For regular snapshots Snapfish, Walmart or Walgreens works for me. For better quality try mPix.com. mPix can be speedy but you get a way better print quality and paper.
If you have an exceptional photo you might want to try a glass or metal print. 8X10 would be $50 or more but is worth every penny.
