Southern Missouri | After a full season of running fairly hard for just a on farm operation, no custom , we have our tender setup with 4 270 gal shuttles and for the slow gallonage use we feel that’s better than a larger tank , mainly because of keeping things in good suspension, we’ll leave the shop with all 4 shuttles full of water and one with chemicals poured in , then as the first shuttle starts to get low we put chems in next shuttle, we have agitation but don’t run it constantly and especially not on a large tank , hope that helps , one of the four very seldom gets chems put in but has good water to wet down landing spot or clean screens etc , another reason to have 4 tanks instead of one , we’re putting a landing area over the top of entire trailer for next season and plan to work off top of trailer , it’s an ongoing learning experience | |
