Southwest Kansas | I started having the asthma when I was 14yrs old. 5’10 and and less than 150lbs. 6’ and 175lb now. I’m pretty sure it was the lack of grains and especially corn and corn products (oil, syrup). I lived with asthma for 40 yrs with it bothering me most during any grain harvest and strenuous exercise. On a side note, when i turned 14 was around the year the sodas switched to corn syrup and there was a big push to use corn oil in cooking.
And you’re right it didnt cure it, if i started eating the way I used to I’m sure it would come back. | |
