Two reasons, first it's a lot easier to sell the product the customer can see. Second is storage is cheap, if she was doing the whole neighborhood she could store the photos for years. Make them available in the future sometime like the company that sells the old photos online. Someday the grand kids may want to buy a photo of grandparents farm.
