NC Kansas | I'll hold my breath. I have a feeling this is going to get ugly before it's all over. If everything returns to normal tomorrow and we start to receive average rainfall for the rest of the year, my neighborhood should finish the year about 10" short of normal precipitation for the year.
In January, the NOAA website said we had an 80% chance of a perfectly normal year. I blame the Democrats. | |
