I would use the term "farmer" loosely with him. Not to take anything away from him, but, its more of a hobby farm. Owns a considerable chunk of McHenry county, even had enough money to build a tall enough hill just to say that he has the highest point of the county. Nice place, just a little out of place with the attempt to bring Beverly Hills to the country.
