Subject: Spider mites in soybeans

Pine City, MN
My question is what can spider mites do to a soybean crop and is there a threshold level on these... We are in 30" rows the beans look very good and healthy but the agronomist has everyone spraying for these... not sure if to wait or start spraying.... Thanks for any info
