Colby, Kansas | Kansas has two unique ones that I can think of:
Hesston Swathers (home of AGCO's large facility, previously Hay & Forage Industries, previously Hesston)
Hill City Ringnecks (as in ringneck pheasants)
I can't think of any in Nebr. off hand except when I went to HS I was a Mustang, that is now gone and consolidated and the new mascot is somewhat unique, they are the Southwest H.S. Roughriders which refers to the 1st U.S. Volunteer Cavalry regiment from the Spanish-American War
