That said, mine was more from inflammation rather than a pinched nerve and the inflammation caused by it. I'm definitely not saying a diet change will help everyone like it did me. It is not going to get rid of the severe pain that can come along with a pinched nerve. On the other hand, I don't think it would hurt either. Anything that reduces inflammation will help to some degree.
I think excessive Tylenol is hard on the kidneys. There isn't any of it completely without potentially bad side effects. Short term use sometimes a necessity. Long term use at high rates not so good.
