I am going to try it in a stir fry tonight with some really thin cut steak, fresh peas, broccoli, cauliflower, squash, and a bunch of other fresh Grandma vegies.
I have never had it raw before, so wasnt sure of what I was getting myself into. But over lunch, one got peeled and it was pretty good raw. Did have to put some salt on it though!
