I am going to try it in a stir fry tonight with some really thin cut steak, fresh peas, broccoli, cauliflower, squash, and a bunch of other fresh Grandma vegies.
I have never had it raw before, so wasnt sure of what I was getting myself into. But over lunch, one got peeled and it was pretty good raw. Did have to put some salt on it though!
Thanks a million guys. If there are any family "secrets" let me know. Its always interesting to see what other great recipes people from around the country can come up with. | |
