For those of you that don't do your own spraying, but have the co-op spray I have a question.

 When there is a weed escape after the normal Post emergence spraying, and I call and they come to respray infected areas, Should I always be responsible for the bill?

This time it was mostly morningglories in popcorn, and some cockleburs. Abnormal amounts of rainfall is what I am attributing this to.

 Just wondering how it is in other parts of the country.
