The failure of businesses to upgrade to 7 isn't necessarily a failing of 7. The reality is that XP does everything a business needs. Vista and 7 are just not adding that much substantive value for the business user. The latest version of Office is doing a great job for business. After the bugs got hammered down in XP, it was stable. Sure, there are still security holes that have to get patched. OK, patch them. But go through an upgrade cycle for 7, when the differential for business is so slim? Nah.
