Papillion, NE | 854 used two speed front and two speed rear motors that are of different displacements (sizes) front and rear. To get for speeds you shift the front and rear separately. I can’t recall which is which, but it’s like
1= front low back low
2= ____ low ___ high
3= ____ high ____ low
4= front high back high.
So basically you have one set of motors stuck in low if you’re only getting two gears.
Like I said, can’t remember which is which on gear 2 & 3.
Kinda doubt that a pair of motors wouldn’t shift unless it’s controls related (electric or hydraulic). | |
