ECIL | I know I’ve see one posted on here a couple of times, a sheet with a break down of what the typical cuts of meat a person will get with a half of beef and approximate weight totals for each category. I understand they can turn anything into hamburger…. I have a few people interested in some beef. They would like an approximation of what they would be getting. I honestly have never weighed out what I have gotten back from the locker… any help would be appreciated.
These will be 1400# animals by the time of their appointments
