Tim, I was brought up on Red(MF) and switched to Deere....They're all Machines...they wear out, how long they last depends on maintaince. Except for the last Massey 540 bought New we had....I think it's safe to it never ran a full day without something going wrong...

We'd call the dealer at 0800 and tell them to be their by 1000...didn't know what was going to be wrong but something WOULD be by then...250hrs that first season and it was gone.

Now fast foreward to a couple of weesks ago, we saw a MF 860 unning on the wheat run,earning it's keep with 93-9600 hrs on the old girl and she's still purring....so they must've made some good one's.(it did showed up by a Massey XP) an AgTalker was running
