The only place I have a stone problem is the roadside ditches. It's the reason I keep my 9' sickle in shape. I've been knocked upside the head using a rotary mower on the roadsides and didn't care for it. Only drawback with the sickle is the dang beer cans that plug in the points. The rotary mower worked well in shredding them.
