Hennepin, IL | If it just bent the plastic tail, you can get replacement tails. $15ish, a torx screwdriver, and about 10 minutes and you're back in business. If it broke the metal housing, they have to be sent back. I've gotten mixed messages the last year on smartfirmers. Support tells me if the metal housing is broke, they're junk. Rep tells me they can be sent in for repair. Idk what the deal is exactly. | |
