Paxton, IL | I'm not familiar with running the raven iso node for liquid, but have experience with prescriptions on the pro 700.
Do you have a "product" setup in the pro 700 for liquid? If so, it's possible you have a minimum rate setup in the product setup page (toolbox-> product). I think that would override a "0" rate on the prescription with the minimum rate programmed in the product setup.
That's the only thing I can think of in the pro 700 that would cause this as long as I understand correctly that you do have the pro 700 adjusting rate appropriately with the prescription, just not dropping the rate low enough when the prescription calls for a "0" rate. | |
