lascassas, tn | I too had trouble with a raven cruizer that I had for less than two months and had used less than 6 times. Locked up and no matter what I did, it acted like I had hit end session. Sent it back. They sent out a loaner which was in shrink wrap, but was definately not new, and told me that it was mine to keep. However, I didn't have cruizer care and it was still 10 months on the year warranty. After alot of runaround, and mine being put into the loaner pool, I finally got it back. Seems to work ok for now. I used it and the loaner together to compare, sometimes they would be the same and sometimes there would be a difference of as much as a foot. Maybe something wrong with the patch antenna? Anyway, the one person at Raven who really helped me was Donna. After being told many different things by several different people at raven, she was the one who found my unit and sent it back!
