You probably have a gen2....I don't think that Gen1 could run vDrive.

You need to have a couple of push button lift switches if you are using a SRM system. The CNH toolbar height sensor won't work correctly....it will give you unstable readings. The CNH rotary sensor works fine with Row Flow, but it doesn't work with SRM.

I learned this after I changed my planter from RowFlow to vDrive. Mine would think it should be planting when lifted for turns. I replaced the toolbar height sensor for a couple hundred bucks, then finally contacted PP support who told me to use the button switches. Problem solved.

The CNH toolbar sensor pugged into your PDM. You need to unplug that (or you could take out the Y harness at the toolbar sensor). Get a couple push button switches -- they plug into the module on the row unit. They aren't very expensive and very quick to install.
